On July 20, 1974, a car driven by defendant, Ronald E. Wagner, collided with a bicycle on which Arnold C. Marks, Jr., then age 10, hereinafter referred to as the hoy, was riding. The actual nature and extent of his injuries does not appear in the record although there is evidence from which it could be inferred that he was bleeding, in pain and suffering. According to the testimony of Arnold C. Marks, Sr., the plaintiff fathér, the collision took place within approximately two hundred feet from the front porch of the family home and when a companion' ran to the house and advised the father…
