The litigation in this case has been severe, and the matters involved were complicated and unusual; but the defense has been found destitute of merit,'and all the questions presented have been decided adversely to the contention of the defendants. Under the decision of the court of last resort the plaintiffs became entitled to full relief, and the execution of that judgment has now devolved upon the supreme court.
