Appeal from a decision of the Workers’ Compensation Board, filed November 30, 2015, which ruled that the employer is entitled to reimbursement from the Special Disability Fund.

Claimant, a teacher of architectural detailing, sustained a work-related injury to his left shoulder and neck on November 28, 2005 and has not returned to work.
