The statute, Ark.Code Ann. § 7-5-111 (Supp.2013), in its entirety provides “A person shall not run for election for more than |9one (1) state, county, or municipal office if the elections are to be held on the same date.” Arkansas Code Annotated section 7-5-111 plainly states that “[a] person shall not run for election for more than one (1) state, county, or municipal office if the elections are to be held on the same date.” Here, the phrase, “more than one” means…
