This is an action for damages for alleged breach of contract. Trial before the court, without a jury, resulted in a judgment for plaintiff. Defendants have appealed.
Inasmuch as Star Sand Company is the principal party concerned in the defense of this action, we shall hereinafter refer to it alone as appellant.
