Review of an award of burial expenses and death benefit payable to Clara Lancaster, widow of Alex Lancaster. The question for decision is whether there was substantial evidence to justify the finding of the Industrial Accident Commission that the injury sustained by Alex Lancaster arose out of and occurred in the course of his employment.
