MCMILLIAN, Judge.

Walter P. Godwin appeals the trial court’s grant of summary judgment on his claims, inter alia, for fraud, breach of fiduciary duty, and breach of contract against Mizpah Farms, LLLP (‘Mizpah Farms”); his son, Bobby I. Godwin; and his grandchildren, John Godwin, Summer Godwin Hall, and Casey Godwin 1 on the ground that the claims are barred by the applicable statutes of limitation. We affirm the trial court’s order of summary judgment in part and reverse in part, as set forth below.
