1 jAfter a Pulaski County Circuit Court bench trial, appellant David Keith Adams was convicted of residential burglary, first-degree terroristic threatening, third-degree domestic battery, and first-degree interference with emergency communications. Adams was found to be subject to an enhancement due to his status as a habitual felon and was sentenced to concurrent prison terms totaling 180 months.
