H. H. Turner filed suit against G. E. Wilcox for *524the sum of $700, together with interest, and with all costs of collection, including 15% attorney’s fees. The suit was based on a written instrument, which was attached to the petition as an exhibit, in the ordinary and usual form of a promissory note, as follows : “Atlanta, Ga., March 3, 1930.
