Appellee filed a petition in the Circuit Court of Logan county for a peremptory writ of mandamus to compel the Drainage Commissioners of Broadwell Special District No. 1 to provide and execute some plan of altering or enlarging the scheme of drainage of said district as will afford an adequate outlet to properly drain the lands of the petitioner in said district. The cause was tried before a jury upon four questions of fact, which the jury found in favor of the petitioner.
