This case was tried in equity on November 12, 1919. At the conclusion of the trial the court expressed the opinion that the plaintiff was entitled to a judgment and announced a decision in plaintiff’s favor. After the submission of the pleadings, stenographer’s minutes of the trial, exhibits and briefs, the court had doubts as to the correctness of certain of its rulings at the trial, whereupon certain facts were stipulated by the attorneys for the respective parties to supplement the record of the trial and to avoid the reopening of the case, the parties reserving the right to object to any…
