Appeal from so much of an order of the Supreme Court at Special Term, entered December 28, 1977 in Greene County, as granted defendant Loiacono’s motion for a change of venue from Greene County to Erie County. This wrongful death action arises out of an accident which occurred in the Town of Golden, Erie County, when the vehicle in which plaintiff’s intestate was a passenger collided with a vehicle owned and operated by defendant Loiacono.
