By his complaint in this adversary proceeding, the chapter 7 trustee, Joseph Braunstein (the “Trustee”), asserts a claim under 11 U.S.C. § 548(a)(1) for recovery of real property that the chapter 7 debtor, Robert Crawford (“Crawford”), conveyed to his former business associate, Mark Kamphaus (“Kamphaus”), which transfer the Trustee contends was constructively fraudulent.
