We concur with and join parts I, II, 111(A), and 111(B)(1) of Justice Mary Beth Kelly’s opinion. We agree with Justices MARY BETH KELLY and MARKMAN that actual compliance with the statutory type requirements is mandated. In determining how to measure the type size, we believe that the technical (namely, the customary printer’s) understanding of the statutory terms “type” and “point” negate the intervernor’s notion that one can determine the size of “type” by measuring the characters actually printed.
