Plaintiff does not ¡seriously challenge the fact that the charge brought against him constituted an offense under the statutes, which if proven, according to the rules of the order, justified his expulsion. He admits he signed the remonstrance that was sent to Dailey and concedes that it constituted an interference within the meaning of sec. 43 of the statutes if there was a matter properly before the general committee.
