Suit to determine the construction of the will of Edward W. Marsh of Bridgeport, deceased, brought to and reserved by the Superior Court in Fairfield County, Greene, J., upon the facts alleged in the complaint, for the advice of this court. Edward W. Marsh, late of Bridgeport, died January 23d, 1913, leaving a widow, no lineal descendants, and a will executed August 5th, 1912, which was duly probated.

The answer to several of the questions propounded for advice is controlled by the construction to be given to the provisions of the fifth clause of the will touching the time when the two classes of payments therein provided for are to be made. The first of these classes comprises those of specific amounts. The persons and corporations made the recipients of them will hereinafter, for convenience sake, be .designated as the special beneficiaries.
