Appellant/Cross-Appellee, Central Florida Regional Transportation Authority, d/b/a LYNX (“LYNX”), appeals the declaratory judgment in favor of Appel-lee/Cross-Appellant, Post-Newsweek Stations, Orlando, Inc., d/b/a WKMG-TV Local 6 (“WKMG”).
