Oscar Fitzallen Noel died testate on June 11, 1914, at the age of ninety-two years. After certain provisions here immaterial, his will set np a trust for the estate. The trustees were to pay small annuities to named individuals and by the will and a codicil the net income from the remainder of the estate was to be divided into three parts. Testator left three grandsons, John H. Noel, E. T. Noel and Oscar F. Noel, and the trust was to continue until the death of the last grandson.
