MOORE, Judge.

Norman Peters appeals a verdict and judgment for the defense after a jury trial in a personal injury case in the Warren Circuit Court. The issues before this Court are whether the circuit court erred in: (1) ordering Peters to execute a release allowing Wooten access to his application and medical records from the Social Security Administration and allowing Wooten’s counsel to mention Peters’s application to a “government agency” during the trial; (2) deciding that testimony by Peters regarding his medical condition on direct examination and testimony by Peters’s wife on…
