MEMORANDUM OPINION

BROWNING, District Judge.

THIS MATTER comes before the Court on the Defendant Villareal’s Motion for Summary Judgment and Qualified Immunity Dismissing Count I and Memorandum in Support Thereof, filed March 16, 2003 (Doc. 55). The primary issue is whether Defendant Virginia Villareal acted in exercise of her professional judgment such that she is entitled to qualified immunity from this suit. Because the Court finds that Villareal did act in exercise of her professional judgment, and that she is, therefore, entitled to qualified immunity, the Court will grant her motion for…
