THIS is a Chapter 11 reorganization case and the matter under consideration is a complaint filed by the Shipwrights, Joiners and Caulkers Local 2071 of the United Brotherhood of Carpenters, AFL-CIO (Plaintiff) for breach of a collective bargaining agreement.
