Humbertson v. City of Connellsville

This suit is an action of assumpsit brought I Chauncey Humbertson against the City of Connellsville. The parties I *675agreement filed dispensed with trial by jury and submitted the decision of the case to this court, as provided by Act of Assembly of April 22, 1874, P. L. 109. Some time after the testimony was taken, the matter was argued and it is now before us for adjudication.
