The defendants in these two eases were tried together to a jury and found guilty of the crimes of conspiracy to commit robbery in the first degree, in violation of § 53a-48 of the General Statutes, robbery in the first degree, in violation of § 53a-134 (a) (2) of the General Statutes, and having a weapon in a motor vehicle, in violation of § 29-28 of the General Statutes.
