This case arises from a contractual dispute stemming from a Farm and Ranch Contract between Appellants Robert Marx and Debbie Marx, ,as sellers, and Appellee FDP, LP, as buyer. The Farm and.Raneh Contract was modified by an August 27, 2013 Mediated Settlement Agreement .and clarified on May 12,2014, by an arbitration award. In their appeal, the.
