ELLIS, Judge.
This is a suit by Dan McDonald Wilson and Mrs. Bevelle Nabers Crane, as Cura-trix of the interdict, Mrs. Nannie Sue Wilson Nabers, for the cancellation of an oil, gas and mineral lease of 75.39 acres in the Southwest Quarter of Section 33, Township 6 South, Range 8 East in Pointe Cou-pee Parish, granted by them to Lewis Gott-lieb on May 15, 1961. Defendants herein are Sun Oil Company and Marine Properties, Inc., assignees of the lease, and Gott-lieb, who owns a royalty interest therein.
