Md. Cts. & Jud. Proc. Code Ann. § 12-303 (1974), enumerates those instances when an appeal may be prosecuted notwithstanding the interlocutory nature of the order from which the appeal is entered. One of those exceptions to the general rule that no appeal lies save from a final judgment, Md. Cts. & Jud. Proc.
