Brown, III, Chancellor No. E2004-02701-COA-R3-CV - FILED JANUARY 5, 2006 Mr. Chatman was a policeman in Chattanooga. He was fired on September 15, 2003 for untruthfulness during an investigation, and for conduct unbecoming a police officer. He appealed to the Chattanooga City Council which upheld his dismissal.
