This is an appeal by the State Industrial Accident Commission from a judgment of the circuit court awarding to Gertrude Davis, respondent, widow of Norman Edward Davis, compensation on account of the death of her husband, October 19, 1934, while he, according to the judgment, was working as an employee of Buck Bros., loggers. Buck Bros. had not rejected the provisions of the Oregon Workmen's Compensation Act.
