The principal question in this appeal is whether the Circuit Court of Mingo County erred in terminating the requirement that Robert B. Harvit pay his former wife, Stephanie Harvit, $1,000.00 per month in alimony. The circuit court, contrary to the recommendation of the family law master who heard the case, concluded that the financial and other circumstances of the parties had so changed that termination of the alimony was appropriate.
