This is an action by a manufacturer of cloth bags against a corporation engaged in the sugar business for the specific performance of a contract under which the purchaser agreed to buy a certain amount of cloth bags to be manufactured by the plaintiff for a stated price. The defendant breached the contract by refusing to comply with the terms and conditions thereof.
