Tbe plaintiff in this action has recovered a judgment against the Railroad Company for $762.50, for breach of a contract alleged to have been entered into on June 29, 1920, for the furnishing and placing at a station called Frankewing, Tennessee two box cars on July 6, 1920, for shipment' by plaintiff of lumber from that station to Nashville, Tennessee.
