This is a suit in equity in which the plaintiff seeks to have the courts enforce an oral contract or agreement to adopt the plaintiff and make her their sole heir, which was entered into in September, 1913, between Anna Olson Munson, the plaintiff’s then unmarried mother, and Iver and Bertha Sandland.
