HUTCHINSON, Circuit Judge.
Appellant, Ethel R. Leecan (“Mrs. Lee-can”), appeals a declaratory judgment of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania in favor of appellee, Clifford Irene Huff (“Mrs. Huff’). This district court’s judgment declared that Mrs. Huff was the legal spouse of William N. Leecan (“Mr. Leecan” or “the decedent”) at the time of his death.
