In this action, the plaintiff, Unión de Tronquistas de Puerto Rico, Local 901 (“the Union”) seeks to vacate the Arbitration Award of February 25, 2015, which found that union member Luis Rodríguez-Puente (“Rodríguez”) was dismissed for just cause. (Docket No. 6-1.) Presently before the Court is the motion of the defendant, United Parcel Service, Inc. (“UPS”) for summary judgment of the plaintiffs petition for review of the award.
