This bill was filed by the People’s National Bank of Charleston, S. C., against David Epstin and Isabella Epstin, his wife, citizens of the state of Tennessee, to foreclose a mortgage given by the wife on her separate and individual property, to secure a loan made by the complainant to Isabella Epstin, amounting to $3,200, with interest from the 14th day of December, 1886.
