|,Appellant Kojleb Kesai appeals the orders of the Washington County Circuit Court entered August 24 and 25, 2010, assessing certain costs associated with a trial in which Appellant took a voluntary dismissal pursuant to Rule 41 of the Arkansas Rules of Civil Procedure. Jurisdiction of this appeal is properly in this court pursuant to Arkansas Supreme Court Rule 1 — 2(b)(6) (2010), as an appeal requiring our interpretation of a court rule, specifically Rule 41(d).
