Leonard F. Pickle, Jr., and Delta Pecan, Inc., appeal from an order of the chancery court of Phillips County, Arkansas, holding that they are barred by a decree of the chancery court of Coahoma County, Mississippi, and our opinion in a former appeal in this case from asserting their claim of title to lands lying in Arkansas claimed by Simon Zunamon.
