Guardian Moving and Storage Company, Inc. (Guardian) appeals the decision of the Armed Services Board of Contract Appeals (Board) that Guardian is not entitled to a price adjustment under FAR 52.222-43 for the increased costs it paid its employees under its contract with the National Security Agency (NSA or Agency) during two contract renewal periods, from October 1 to November 30, 2002 and from December 1, 2002 to January 31, 2003.
