[1] Writ of error to review a judgment entered on the verdict of a jury awarding to the plaintiff $10,000 damages for personal injuries under the Employers’ Liability Act of Pennsylvania of June 10, 1907 (P. L. 523). The plaintiff was a certified miner employed by the defendant in an anthracite coal mine. He bought from the defendant the explosives, powder, and dynamite which *665he used, and kept them with his tools in a box also bought of the defendant.
