l. Judgment men: what it attaches to. It will be seen by reference to the facts as stated above, that Sloan had assigned his interest in the contract before the judgment, under which . A. J ° ’ . plamtifi claims, was recovered. At the date of the judgment then, Sloan had no interest,, upon which the judgment could operate as a lien.
