Etheridge v. State
Court of Criminal Appeals of Texas
Decided April 14, 1915No. 3525Published
The opinion states the case.
1Opinion
The only question in this case is whether or not the filing of a complaint in County Court, and an arrest thereunder, a plea of not guilty, and trial thereunder, confers any jurisdiction on the County Court. In the companion case of Lee Etheridge v. State, 173 S.W. Rep., 1031, recently decided, we expressed our views, and under the holding in that case the judgment should be affirmed.
Affirmed.
