COLLINGS, Justice.
This is a workmen’s compensation case. R. D. Cotton brought suit against Commercial Standard Insurance Company seeking compensation benefits for alleged total incapacity suffered by him as a result of an accidental injury sustained in the course of his employment for his employer in Fisher County. The defendant admitted liability for plaintiff’s injury both before the Industrial Accident Board and in the trial court.
