The defendant, Frank Wilson, was indicted jointly with James Farrell and William Doran for the murder of Henry Bonnecke. He was separately tried, and convicted of murder of the first degree. A new trial was then applied for, which the court below refused, and the defendant has removed the record of his trial and conviction into this Court by appeal. Twenty-four errors are assigned to the rulings of the learned judge upon the trial, but the questions raised by them are re*19ducible to six.
