On the 6th day of July, 1909, before a justice of the peace of Ouachita County, an information was filed against Roy Lismore, in which Roy Lismore was accused of keeping a bawdy house on the 3d day of July, 1909, in the county of Ouachita, in this State. Upon a trial for that offense she was convicted, and appealed to the Ouachita Circuit Court. She was tried in that court before a jury.
