ORDER

SINGAL, District Judge.

Appellant Austin Associates appeals from the United States Bankruptcy Court, District of Maine order: 1) approving the Trustee’s assignment to the Debtor of certain causes of action against the Appellant and the right to prosecute same; and 2) denying Appellant’s Motion for Reconsideration. Presently before the Court are the appeal (Docket # 2) and Debtor’s Motion to Dismiss Appeal (Docket # 4). For the reasons discussed below, the Court AFFIRMS both bankruptcy court judgments and GRANTS Debtor’s separate Motion to Dismiss.
