SEBRING, Justice.
The Plaza Theatre property in Miami Beach, Florida, is owned by, Wompearce, Inc., and leased by Biscayne Beach Theatre, Inc. When this suit was instituted in October, 1953, the premises had been subleased by Biscayne Beach Theatre, Inc., to one Danny Brown who proposed to use it for entertainment purposes for the winter season of 1953-54. For several seasons prior to the lease of the premises to Brown, the theatre had been leased to other persons for the same purpose.
