Jacob Harrison, Jr. and Casey Seon Burnett each pled guilty to armed bank robbery, 18 U.S.C.A. § 2113(a), (d) (West 2000), 18 U.S.C.A. § 2 (West 2000), and using or carrying a firearm in a crime of violence, 18 U.S.C.A. § 924(c) (West 2000), 18 U.S.C. § 2 (1994). For the bank robbery, Harrison was sentenced to a term of fifty-seven months imprisonment, and Burnett received a sentence of eighty…
