Appellant Amos Perryman (“Husband”) appeals from the trial court’s judgment enforcing the parties’ separation agreement in their dissolution of marriage proceeding. We affirm in part and reverse and remand in part.

Respondent Virginia Perryman (“Wife”) filed a petition for dissolution of marriage on August 20, 1998. Husband answered Wife’s petition and filed his cross-petition for dissolution of marriage.
