MOORE, Circuit Judge.
The National Labor Relations Board (the Board or NLRB) petitions for enforcement of its order, as amended, issued against International Brotherhood of Teamsters, Chauffeurs, Warehouse-men and Helpers of America, Local 294 (Local 294). In substance, the Board found that Local 294 had violated sections 8(b) (4) (ii) (A) and (B) and 8 (e) of the National Labor Relations Act .(the Act). 145 NLRB 484 (1963). The facts and the law support the Board’s decision and order and enforcement is granted.
