In an action to recover damages for personal injuries, the appeal is from (a) a judgment dismissing the complaint on default at a Trial Term, (b) so much of an order dated September 17, 1956, opening the default, as requires appellant to pay each respondent $50 costs and his or its actual disbursements, and (c) an order dated November 5, 1956, denying appellant’s motion to vacate said judgment and to modify the order dated September 17, 1956.
